Events - Month View
The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.

EVENT SIGN-UP/REGISTRATION (2-STEPS PROCESS):
Step 1. Scroll to bottom, find "Additional Info", click link and sign up on the stadium site first to ensure slots are available. Choose an event.
Step 2. Return to chapter webpage, click "Volunteer" button, enter information.
*ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
CHECK IN DIRECTIONS AND INFO:
Location: Northside Suite Entrance.
Sign In with: Levy Restaurant Non-Profit.
Items to bring: Cell phone, ID. *No Bags.
Parking: Find a $20.00 Lot. *Keep receipt for reimbursement with chapter/foundation. (Tell them you are volunteering for Levy Restaurants.)
DRESS CODE:
All Black pants and All Black shoes, (no jeans).
*Wear comfortable non-slick bottom shoes/sneakers (*as we may be walking up and down stairs pending the type of Booth we get)
*Shirt and cap provided by Mercedes-Benz.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVAL AT GATE 1 (Inside stadium):

Locate Black Tent on far left by Northside entrance
Present Id at sign in desk. Get directions for: SIMPLY UNITED TOGETHER BOOTH
Receive Wristband
Go through security and travel to the booth.
TYPICAL VOLUNTEER WORKDAY:
Hrs 1-2: Sign in / Inventory / Booth Organization
Hrs 3: Food Voucher / Training
Hrs 4-6: Booth work
Hrs 7-8: Inventory and Booth Clean up
